The role underpins project finance, portfolio raises, and refinancings by producing accurate, auditable, and investor-ready models that reflect technical, commercial, and regulatory realities.

Senior Legal Counsel – Project Finance
The Senior Legal Counsel – Project Finance. is responsible for providing strategic legal oversight on complex financing transactions, with a primary focus on project finance, structured funding, and infrastructure financing arrangements.
The role partners closely with Investment, Funding, Finance, and Risk teams to structure legally sound and commercially viable transactions, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation while enabling efficient deal execution and financial close.
This is a deal-facing role embedded within the funding lifecycle from structuring through to post-close management and post-close compliance.

Commercial Asset Manager
As a Commercial Asset Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how businesses and communities access and benefit from green energy. In this dynamic position, you’ll be the key link between SolarAfrica customers and its cutting-edge solar energy assets, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Your mission is to champion the customer experience, from the moment a deal is signed through to the long-term operation and maintenance of SolarAfrica solar assets. You’ll manage the intricate details of contracts, foster deep and lasting relationships with customers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service. Your expertise in commercial, contract, and financial management will be critical as you oversee the performance and optimisation of our green energy portfolio.
As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship, contracts, performance, and financial aspects of SolarAfrica customer green energy portfolio. You will provide appropriate reporting to the business and customers and oversee all aspects of the customer relationship to ensure an excellent customer experience and optimal asset performance. This role requires strong customer, commercial and contract management expertise in the management of an asset-based business, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
