Over 24 months, you will join a specialised or rotational development journey designed to accelerate your early career. You will work on real projects, collaborate with colleagues across functions and build practical experience in a fast-moving, global technology environment. Schneider Electric is looking for graduates who are ready to learn, challenge ideas, solve problems and make an impact.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- A BEng/BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences.
- A BCom/ BBA degree in Marketing Management
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Must have an academic average of a minimum of 65%
- Must be a recent 2026 graduate or graduating within the next 6 months.
- Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
