Role Overview
Plan International Liberia is recruiting youth (ages 20–35) to join its Data Collectors Pool under the country strategy running from July 2025 to June 2030. Selected individuals will support data collection efforts across Liberia’s 15 counties to inform program decisions and measure impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect data for research, evaluations, and assessments.
- Support digital data collection and results-based evaluations.
- Work within the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) unit.
- Participate in short-term contracts based on project needs.
- Contribute to understanding social and behavioral changes, especially among Girls and Young Women (GYW).
Impact
This role is central to Plan International Liberia’s mission of promoting gender equality and children’s rights. It also offers youth a chance to build research skills and engage in meaningful community development.
