Overview

Are you an individual, community-level organization, or national NGO working on sustainable agriculture, land restoration policy, or environmental regulations? The Knowledge for Great Green Wall Action (K4GGWA) programme invites submissions for advocacy initiatives that drive policy and practice changes to support land restoration and ecosystem resilience.

Selected initiatives will receive up to $30,000 in financial support, along with technical assistance to strengthen their impact at the national or sub-national level.

Eligibility

If you are based in one of the 18 eligible countries — Burkina Faso 🇧🇫, Mali 🇲🇱, Niger 🇳🇪, Mauritania 🇲🇦, Sudan 🇸🇩, Chad 🇹🇩, Djibouti 🇩🇯, Sénégal 🇸🇳, Nigeria 🇳🇬, Ethiopia 🇪🇹, Eritrea 🇪🇷, Cameroon 🇨🇲, Ghana 🇬🇭, Bénin 🇧🇯, Cape Verde 🇨🇻, Gambia 🇬🇲, Somalia 🇸🇴, or South Sudan 🇸🇸 — K4GGWA encourage you to submit your application for the Call for Advocacy projects on the environment.

K4GGWA seek proposals which advocate for critical policy changes, foster effective regulations, and improve practices that enhance environmental management and land restoration.Whether you are a community-level organization or a national NGO focusing on sustainable agriculture, land restoration policy and practices change, regulations and laws…. this is your opportunity to make a significant impact. Selected initiatives will receive financial support of up to $30,000, along with valuable technical assistance.
