Program Overview

The WILD Network (Women for Impactful Leadership in Development) is a hub for leadership, career development, and community building for those tackling the world’s most complex problems in global development, humanitarian, and social impact sectors.In today’s workplace, women continue to face significant barriers to attaining leadership roles

The WILD Fellowship Program is a transformative initiative designed to bridge this gap by equipping early-mid career women with the tools, resources, and support they need to excel and attain senior leadership roles. 

The WILD Fellowship program is for early and mid-career professionals committed to taking their leadership, network, and impact to the next level. During this six-month program, WILD Fellows have access to a global network of change-makers, individualized leadership coaching, and participation in the online 2025 Women’s Global Leadership Forum.

The program brings together a select cohort of 15 early young female professionals and offers comprehensive leadership development, including access to learning hubs, personalized coaching, participation in the Women’s Global Leadership Forum (online), and public speaking opportunities.

Selection Criteria

  • Completed application form.
  • Personal statement (max. 500 words)
  • Current resume/CV
  • Recommendation letter

Who Should Apply?

WILD Network is looking for ambitious, early-mid-career female leaders with 3-10 years of experience in global development who are eager to grow personally and professionally. Ideal candidates are committed to leadership and ready to contribute to one or more of the following areas:

Areas of Focus:

  • Social Leadership: Addressing poverty, health equity, education, and gender equality.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Promoting climate action, resource management, and water conservation.
  • Economic Innovation: Driving economic growth, infrastructure development, and decent work opportunities.
  • Global Partnerships: Strengthening collaboration and strategic leadership initiatives.

Application Eligibility:

If you are interested in both a scholarship and a fellowship, WILD recommend applying for the fellowship first. If you are not selected for the fellowship, you will automatically be considered for the scholarship pool. All are eligible to apply for a fellowship regardless of whether they have received a complimentary ticket from WILD in the past.
