Exciting Global South Remote Consultancy Opportunity: Call for Proposals is now open for study on evidence uptake in education systems
Overview
The International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Government of Canada, is inviting qualified consultants and research teams to submit proposals for a multi-country study on evidence uptake in education systems across the Global South. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence education policy and practice in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). IDRC requests proposals for the provision of a supplier to lead a project that will examine the processes that influence evidence uptake into education planning, policy, and practice in LMICs from the perspectives of those working in ministries of education, using the Global Partnership for Education’s Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE KIX) as an entry point.
Study on evidence uptake in Education systems in the global south
Project Focus
The consultancy will examine how evidence is used in education planning, policy, and practice, drawing on experiences from the Global Partnership for Education – Knowledge and Innovation Exchange (GPE KIX). The study emphasizes learning and synthesis, not evaluation, with a strong knowledge mobilisation approach.
