SADC Research Center (SADC RC) is expanding it’s footprint & regional focus – from working mostly in South Africa to servicing research contracts across Southern Africa.
SADC RC is seeking experienced Regional Coordinators and Team Leaders to implement research projects in Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eswatini, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Role Overview
Regional Coordinators play a key role in leading national field-based activities, coordinating research and community engagement, and managing teams, delivering policy-grade research on time.
Team Leaders lead smaller sub-national teams collecting quality data and ensuring enumerators meet quality and performance targets.
Both positions require strong project coordination and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work independently across diverse socio-cultural contexts.
