Introduction:

UNICEF is seeking expressions of interest from young individuals to join a Youth Advisory Group that will support the Global Evaluation Evidence Synthesis 2023-24. This synthesis builds on previous efforts to consolidate findings from evaluations that were conducted between 2019 and 2022, offering a comprehensive overview of UNICEF’s performance across its Goal Areas, identified in the Strategic Plan 2022-2025. This evaluation updates the evidence base with nearly 290 new evaluations, aiming to identify what has worked, what has not and why- across both development and humanitarian contexts.
