Who Can Be a GMI Mentor?

Age & Experience: Mentors should be at least 25 years old with 3+ years of professional experience.
Professional Background: You don’t need to be an expert — just someone willing to share your career experiences, support others, and help mentees navigate their paths.
Time Commitment: Expect to dedicate time weekly or bi-weekly for mentoring, plus a small amount of prep and communication (about 15–45 minutes per week).
Screening Process: Mentors complete a brief application, provide a background check, and participate in orientation.
