The highly anticipated Istanbul Youth Summit (IYS) 2025 is officially open for registration! This eighth edition, organized by the Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) Foundation, promises to be an inspiring event, gathering emerging leaders from around the globe. With the theme “Empowering Youth Leaders to Drive Sustainable Change for A Brighter Future,” IYS 2025 aims to bring together young changemakers to discuss and implement strategies that will shape a better world.

Program Overview

IYS 2025 is more than just a summit—it’s a movement that encourages young leaders to push the limits of their potential. The event fosters collaboration among diverse participants from various fields, empowering them to harness their leadership skills and work towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals, which include Health (SDG 3), Education (SDG 4), Economy (SDG 8), and Environment (SDG 13), Rule of Law (SDG 16) serve as a global guide for development efforts, replacing the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) that concluded in 2015.

This summit is a unique opportunity for participants to delve into four key sub-themes, each critically examining different aspects of the SDGs. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a diverse and dynamic group of participants, IYS 2025 has set the following eligibility criteria:

Applicants must be aged 15-40 years old.
Open to all nationalities and academic backgrounds.
Applicants must have a clean criminal record and must not be affiliated with any extremist organization.

How to Be Selected As Fully Funded Participants

To be selected as fully funded participants, delegates must register between August 10th and September 30th, 2024. During registration, participants are also required to write an essay.
