The Constellations Fellowship connects college students and recent graduates from around the globe with meaningful, mission-driven climate work. Over 12–14 weeks, fellows gain practical, real-world experience while collaborating remotely with organizations across Climate Curve’s global network.

Overview

The Constellations Fellowships are virtual, part-time positions that will run starting on Monday, February 2nd, 2026. Fellows will be awarded a $1,000 stipend upon the completion of their fellowship.

The Fellowships are fostering the next generation of climate leaders by connecting students and recent graduates to professional opportunities within the fellowship global network of climate organizations. The Constellations Fellowship offers 12-14 weeks of 100% remote, entry-level career experience in the field. Fellows gain real-life, hands-on professional development and career-building skills

Positions are open to students and recent graduates worldwide, with no location restrictions other than those in countries under international sanctions.

Application Process

You must fill the online form and submit a completed resume and cover letter for your application to be considered. Incomplete cover letters, resumes uploaded for both submission boxes, incomplete or low quality applications will NOT be considered. Transcripts or recommendation letters will not be considered as replacement for cover letters. Thank you.

The documents that must be submitted include:

  • Resume: Uploads must be in pdf format.
    Resumes should not be over one page.
  • Cover Letter: Uploads must be in pdf format.
    Cover letters should be addressed to the name of the host organization for each position. Inclusion of mailing address is not needed.
