Overview

More than just a Doctoral scholarship, the three-year program offered by the Foundation aims to train engaged leaders with the skills required to turn their ideas into actions and contribute concretely to addressing the challenges of their communities, Canada, and the world. They will benefit from exchanges, networking, and events with the Foundation’s Fellows and Mentors, all of whom are leaders in their respective fields.

The Foundation is looking for students who are interested in pushing the academic questions of their time. Students who are involved in their communities. And students looking to connect with a community, senior academics, and eminent practitioners. The Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Doctoral Scholarship brings together remarkable individuals from various disciplines and backgrounds with a shared interest in making Canada and the world a better place into a life-changing community. It’s about more than money.
